Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States only. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. Shipping charges for other orders are calculated at checkout.
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days after processing.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

DELAYS
Sylvana Granelle is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@sylvanagranelle.com.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sylvanagranelle.com with a photo of the damage. We will resolve the issue promptly.
